Refund policy

At the Threshold of Becoming and other digital products sold by Becoming Self Possessed are delivered electronically. Because access to a digital product is provided immediately after purchase, digital purchases are generally final once download access has been supplied.

We will, however, review refund or replacement requests where:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• you did not receive access to the files you purchased;
• a supplied file is corrupted, materially defective, or cannot reasonably be used as described; or
• a refund or cancellation is required by applicable law.

If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@becomingselfpossessed.com. Include the email address used for your order and, if available, your order number.

Where the issue concerns access or a defective file, we may first provide a replacement file or restore download access.

Digital products cannot be physically returned, and no return shipping is required.

Refunds that are approved will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
