By using this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase its products.
About Becoming Self Possessed
Becoming Self Possessed creates psychologically grounded writing and reflective tools concerned with adaptation, identity, self-trust, internal authority, and self-authorship.
The materials offered through this website are educational and reflective in nature.
Not therapy or healthcare
Becoming Self Possessed does not provide therapy, psychotherapy, medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, crisis services, or individualized clinical advice.
The website, workbook, writing, exercises, guided materials, and other resources are not substitutes for professional medical or mental health care.
If you require medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
Digital products
Digital products may be delivered through a download link or other electronic access method after purchase.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining compatible equipment and software necessary to access ordinary PDF or other stated file formats.

Personal-use licence
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the purchase of a Becoming Self Possessed digital product grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its copyright or other intellectual property.
You may download and, where appropriate, print a purchased personal-use product for your own use.
You may not, without prior written permission:
- reproduce or distribute the product to another person;
- upload or share the files publicly or privately with others;
- resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the product;
- reproduce substantial portions of the product in another publication, course, resource, or product;
- use the product as a handout or curriculum for clients, groups, classrooms, workshops, programs, organizations, or professional services; or
- remove or alter copyright, authorship, or proprietary notices.
Professional and organizational use
Professional, clinical, coaching, educational, classroom, group, program, organizational, or other facilitated use requires separate permission or licensing unless expressly authorized in writing.

Nothing on this website grants permission to use Becoming Self Possessed intellectual property beyond the limited rights expressly stated in these Terms or accompanying product licence.
Orders and pricing
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change from time to time.
Applicable taxes, where required, will be calculated or disclosed during checkout.
We reserve the right to correct an obvious pricing, description, or technical error. If an error materially affects an order already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Refunds and problems with digital purchases are governed by our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms or the Refund Policy limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Email communications
You may choose to subscribe to Occasional Letters or other optional communications.
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Transactional messages concerning a purchase, download, account, enquiry, or service may still be sent where necessary.
Guided workbook sessions
From time to time, Becoming Self Possessed may offer guided workbook sessions or invite expressions of interest in future sessions.
Joining an interest list does not constitute a booking, reservation, purchase, or guarantee that a particular session format or date will be offered.
Any future paid session will be subject to the terms disclosed when that offering becomes available.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its security or normal operation.
You may not use the website or its content for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized commercial purposes.
Third-party services
The website relies on third-party providers, including ecommerce, payment, hosting, form, email, and digital-delivery services.
We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by services outside our reasonable control, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers when an interruption affects access to a purchase.
